How do I open an account with School Supplies Team?

  • In order to trade with us you will need to request a credit account. A credit account can be opened by contacting us and requesting an account. We will require the following information:
    • Name of your School
    • Delivery address
    • Name of person responsible for placing orders as well as telephone number and email address
    • Name of person responsible for receiving and paying invoices as well as telephone number and email address

 

How do I place an order?

  • Orders can be placed either online, by telephone or email. When placing an order by telephone or email please ensure you use the product codes on this website in addition to the specific order quantities you require. 

 

Do you charge for delivery and where do you deliver?

  • No delivery charges, no minimum order value. We currently deliver within a 15-mile radius of Swindon, Wiltshire.

 

Are you open to the public?

  • Sorry no, we only trade directly with Schools.

 

How can I return an item?

  • Providing the item, you have ordered is not non-returnable, a special-order item or made to order you can return an item within two weeks from the date of ordering, all returned items must be unused and in the original unopened packaging. Please contact us to request a return, please provide the SST order number, product code and number of items you wish to return. 

 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

  • Most of our products are available for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability). Please note that some items such as furniture are subject to extended lead times as they are made to order. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date if an item is on back order or out of stock. If in doubt, please contact us for specific stock availability and delivery dates.

 

I cannot find the item I need to order?

  • Not a problem, we currently do not have the item listed on our website. It is likely that we will still be able to supply the item in question as we have supply partnerships in place with all the education manufacturers and suppliers, contact us with your requirements and we can add it to the website. 

 

How can I download your eCatalogue data for use in our financial management software?
